Washington Center for Real Estate Research – Research Committee
The Research Committee is jointly chaired by the Director of the WCRER and an External Member of the Research Committee. The external co-chair is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Runstad Department Advisory Board. The Committee is comprised of a wide range of individuals representing both the commercial and residential sectors and reflect priorities from a wide array of perspectives and from across the state.
The role of the committee is to;
- Provide advice to the WCRER Director pertaining to the research undertaken by the center.
- Assist the Director in prioritizing areas of research, in part based upon their relevance and importance to the State of Washington.
- Annually review the Center’s research priorities in the context of the mandate laid out in RCW 18.85.741
- Provide a resource to the Center in the evaluation of opportunistic research opportunities.
